It’s time! We are now giving flu and COVID vaccines for the season. We are seeing the signs of an early flu season, so don’t delay! As always, flu vaccine is recommended for all children ages 6 months and up. Like last year, the COVID vaccine is recommended for children ages 6 months – 2 years, older children with risk factors, or any child over 6 months if their parents want them to have it. Additionally, RSV antibody shot is now available for all infants under 8 months whose mothers did not receive the vaccine during pregnancy.

Remember that older children should wear a t-shirt and younger children are best dressed in clothes that allow access to their thighs such as shorts or dresses to make the visit as easy on your little one as possible.
