News: Excuse our mess - Pediatric Associates changing to an electronic medical record
Posted on July 28, 2012Pediatric Associates is upgrading to a completely computerized medical record system. As we go through this process there will be some challenges and inconveniences for all of us, but with a great benefit to all of us when we’re done. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Specifically, we have not opened any appointment slots in September and October 2012 yet, as we are not sure how much time we will need for training. We promise to do that soon. Also, in order to give us more time when we start using the system in September...we will ask that you only make “physical/check-up” appointments for children 18 months and under. We request that children older than 18 months wait until November or December for their Physicals. We will place changes to schedules and new plans on the website, announce them on the phone, and post them in the office.
