Carlos E. Armengol, Jr., M.D., FAAP

Dr. Armengol practices at our Downtown office. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine, then completed his residency at the University of Virginia Department of Pediatrics.

Dr. Armengol has a specialty area of interest in urinary tract infections and streptococcal infections in children.

Dr. Balaban practices at our Downtown office. She attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She earned her medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, then completed her residency at the University of Virginia Department of Pediatrics.

Gemila H. Bouber, MD, FAAP

Dr. Gemila Bouber attended the University of Virginia for both her undergraduate degree and medical school and completed her residency at the University of Rochester.  She then joined a practice in Rochester, New York for 8 yrs before joining Pediatric Associates of Charlottesville. She will begin seeing patients June 1, 2010.

Sheila F. Davis, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Davis practices at our Downtown and Adolescent offices . She attended Bucknell University, where she received her undergraduate degree. She earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, then completed her residency at the University of Rochester Department of Pediatrics.

Michael D. Dickens, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Dickens practices at our North and Downtown offices. He attended Princeton University, where he received his bachelor’s degree. He earned his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, then completed his residency and chief residency at the University of Virginia Department of Pediatrics.

Teresa H. Hashisaki, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Hashisaki practices at our Downtown office. She attended David Lipscomb College, where she received her bachelor’s degree. Dr. Hashisaki earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, then completed her pediatric residency training at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.

David L. Hawkes, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Hawkes practices at our West office, in Ivy. He received his BA from the University of Virginia and then did post-graduate work at the University of Arizona.  He returned to UVa and earned his Masters in Education and then taught school at JT Henley Middle School.  He then returned to UVa for medical school and a residency in pediatrics.  He briefly practiced alone and then joined Pediatric Associates.

Katherine D. Mika, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Mika practices at our North office,in Hollymead. She attended the College of William and Mary, where she received her bachelor’s degree. Dr. Mika earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, then completed her residency at the Medical College of Georgia Department of Pediatrics.

L. Paige D'A. Perriello, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Perriello practices at our Downtown office.  She attended Princeton University, where she earned her bachelors degree. She earned her medical degree from the George Washington University School of
Medicine, then completed her residency at Children’s National Medical Center.  Following residency, she practiced as a staff physician at Children’s Hospital in Boston for two years.

David N. Reynolds, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Reynolds practices at our North office, in Hollymead. He received his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. Dr. Reynolds earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, then completed his pediatric residency training at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Dr. Trundle practices at our Downtown office. He received his undergraduate degree at Dartmouth College and then his medical degree at the University of Virginia.  He completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Virginia Department of Pediatrics.

Elizabeth K. Williams, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Williams practices at our Downtown and Adolescent offices.  She attended Antioch College where she earned her bachelors degree. She earned her medical degree and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Virginia School of Medicine.  Following residency, she joined the staff at Pediatric Associates.  Her interests include adolescent medicine and gynecology.

Paul P. Wisman, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Wisman practices at our Downtown office. He received his undergraduate education at The University of Virginia and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, then completed his residency at the University of Virginia Department of Pediatrics.

Dr. Wisman has a specialty interest in asthma and children with allergies.

Dr. Wolfe practices at our Downtown office. She received her undergraduate education at The University of Virginia, BA in biology, in 1998. She received her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 2002, then completed her residency at the University of Virginia in 2005.
